McLeod, Margaret Frances- It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Margaret McLeod who passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 15, 2018 at the Grand Manan Nursing Home in Grand Manan. Born in Saint John, November of 1922, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Ann (McGouey) Kiley. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Margaret is survived by her daughters Debbie Ingalls (Leonard) of Grand Manan, Pam Dunham and Paula Gault (Bruce) both of Grand Bay- Westfield; sister Rita Melanson of Saint John; grandchildren Krista Dunham, Mike Ingalls (Joanne), Jeff Dunham (Cindy), Greg Ingalls (Erica), Ryan Gault (Victoria) and Sarah Gault (Nick); precious great- grandchildren Tyler, Tristan, Jenna, Zoe, Olivia, Layne, Jayce, Emily, Rebecca, Lauryn, and Maddy; nieces nephews and friends. Along with her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Vernon F. McLeod, granddaughter Kelly Ann Ingalls;  son-in-law Ron Dunham, brothers William, Leo, Urban, Patrick and David; sisters Marion, Regina and Ellen.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Friday August 17th from 3-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 18, 2018 at 11 a.m. from St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 279 Nerepis Road Grand Bay – Westfield . Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations in Margaret’s memory can be made to the Kelly Ann Ingalls Memorial Scholarship Fund.
