My sincerest sympathy to Margaret's loved ones. My memories of "Mrs. Elward" are sparked with great fondness. There are not many teachers that have etched themselves in my memory - particularly from the early years. It was so many years ago but her kindness and words of encouragement have never left me. She never had favorites. God bless you Mrs. Elward...

Betty was great friends with mom (Connie Knox) and our Aunt Louie, from their Green St days. And continued through the years with "Club" and late when Louie also lived at the Villa.
