June Beverly (Daley) McLaughlin

June Beverly (Daley) McLaughlin, surrounded by her loving family, passed away quietly in the palliative care unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital on May 2, 2018.  She was born on May 4, 1943 in Saint John, NB to the late Harold and Glady (Wilson) Daley and was the loving wife to husband John “Jack” McLaughlin. 

June worked in various managerial roles through Bayview Credit Union for over 25 years, and was enjoying her retirement, spending time with her family. 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; Brenda Reicker (Rick Shannon), Wendy (Larry) Logan, Shelley Snow, Gayle (Rob) Guimond and Cindy McLaughlin, as well as grandchildren; Andrew, Stefanie, Christopher, Alesha and Alison and great grandchildren.  Along with her parents, she was predeceased by a “special” aunt Laura and grandson Trevor John (TJ). 

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  In keeping with June’s wishes, no visitation will be held.  A Celebration of her Life will be held at Legion Branch 69 (714 Wilson Street, Saint John) for family and friends on Monday, May 7, 2018 from 3-7pm.   Any donations made to Diabetes Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by her family.
