I am so shocked to hear of the passing of dear Joy, my thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. I have known Joy through the selling of my home and the buying of another one. I got to know her personally and we had many gatherings with Joy at Marlene's home along with Karen too. I am visiting in Ottawa at this time and my son called me and told me of Joy's passing and am sorry that I am not there for visitation. Joy will be greatly missed by all. Take care.

We wanted to express our deepest sympathies on the passing of your mother, wife and grandmother. She always greeted us with a big smile and a warm word whenever we saw her and she was always so kind to Alex and Emma. She will always hold a special place in their hearts.

I am so saddened to hear about your loss. Although Joy and I first met when I listed my house, we became friends. She went over and above to help me through that transition and even actually helped me move a carload or two late at night when the movers left all the clothes in the closet. Joy and I had several great chats and enjoyed many laughs over coffees and lunch. She took her job seriously and was always so kind and helpful - I loved her great sense of humour.
