Jeane Fowler

Surrounded by her loving family, Jeane Elizabeth Fowler passed away peacefully on Saturday November 17, 2018 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born 1939 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Short. Jeane was employed as a Stenographer for many years. She was a talented artist who enjoyed painting but her true passion was her family, always making sure they were well taken care of. She will truly be missed by her devoted husband of 59 years Clive “Bob” Fowler; daughters Lori (David) Zelward of Kingston and Heather (Skip) Young; brothers Norman Short of Long Reach and Donald (Marie) Short of Hampton; grandchildren Victoria (Matthew) Kean, Stephen Kean, Taylor Young and Sydney Young and one great granddaughter on the way. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Edward Short. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. A Private Graveside Service will be held in the spring. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the charity of one’s choice.
