Isabell Fawcett

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Florence Isabell Fawcett which occurred unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019.  Born 1942, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Everett Ezra and Margaret Sarah (Burhoe) Fawcett.  Isabell worked for J.D. Irving for several years before retiring in 2006.  She enjoyed playing on the computer and she was a passionate animal lover.

Isabell is survived by her sisters Elaine Vienneau (Robert) of Saint John, Barbara Cook (Malcolm) of Quispamsis, Donna Northrup of Saint John and Debbie Gallant (Gary) of Quispamsis; brother David Lee Fawcett of Montreal; as well as 1 surviving aunt and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  Along with her parents, Isabell was predeceased by her sister Linda Fawcett, brother Murray Fawcett and half-sisters Shirley Smith and Carolyn Dennerlein.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  As per Isabell’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.  A private family interment will take place at a later date.  Donations in memory of Isabell may be made to the SPCA-Animal Rescue or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
