Edouard J. Mazerolle

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Edouard Joseph Mazerolle which occurred at Carleton Kirk Nursing Home on Saturday, May 11th, 2019, with his daughter by his side.  Born 1927, in Acadiaville, NB, he was the son of the late Edouard and Mary (Thibeau) Mazerolle.  Edward worked as a self-employed Carpenter for several years.

Edouard is survived by his children Leonard Mazerolle, Earl Mazerolle, Darlene Richard (Robert) and Donna Mazerolle all of Saint John; brother Vital Mazerolle of Saint John; special granddaughters Jamie and Jules Mazerolle; as well as grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.  Besides his parents, Edouard was predeceased by his wife Delvina, daughter Shirley, brothers Gerry and Leonard and sisters Edmee and Georgina. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Tuesday, May 14th from 4 to 8 p.m.  A Memorial Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Wednesday, May 15th at 11 a.m. followed by an interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Donations in memory of Edouard may be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Church, The Cathedral Restoration Fund or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
