Deanna Gay (Wiggins) Trask

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Deanna Gay (Wiggins) Trask passed away on November 26, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.  Deanna was born on June 10, 1957 to the late Sterling and Geraldine (Welton) Wiggins and was a devoted wife of 35 years to Carey Trask. 

Deanna is survived by her loving husband, Carey, her daughter and best friend; Adina (Michael) Burns, her two adored grandchildren; Tristin (Baby Doll) and Landen (Little Man), 2 brothers; Lyle (JoAnne) and Dana (Anna) Wiggins, both of Saint John, NB, sister Sherry (Clark) Palmer, of Chipman, NB, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents. 

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) where visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1-3 and 6-8pm.  A funeral service will be held at Grand Bay Baptist Church at 11am on Thursday, December 1, 2016.  Following the reception at the church, interment will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.  Donations in memory of Deanna may be placed to Bobby’s Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by her family.
