Bonnie Peters

With heavy hearts, the family of Bonnie Peters announces her passing, which occurred at her residence on August 7th 2018. Bonnie was born in Saint John on July 18, 1950 to the late Crumley and Eileen (Bolton) Brennan, and was the loving wife of the late Bernie Peters. During her working years, she was a stenographer, and had worked for a long time at Zellers; she also enjoyed knitting, puzzles, computer games, and dancing, especially with the “30 and up” club. She also enjoyed sports; the Toronto Blue Jays and New England Patriots were two of her favourite teams. Bonnie is survived by her sons Mark, Glen (Andrea), and Jason, sister Susan Peters (Ronald), grandchildren Drew, Odessa, Damien, Carter, Alina, Aubrey, Bronwyn, and Mercedes, as well as great-grandchildren Hunter and Archer. Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424). In keeping with Bonnie’s wishes, a private family service will be held. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
