Barbara Louise MacGorman

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Barbara Louise (Mullett) MacGorman, loving wife of the late Clinton MacGorman, announces her passing that occurred on Saturday June 15, 2019 at Bobby’s Hospice.  Born 1941 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Gilliland) Mullett. Barbara was a long-time member and past president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Rothesay Branch. She cared deeply about giving to others and was a big supporter of Bobby’s Hospice. 

She is survived by her sons David (Brenda) and Clinton (Patricia); daughter Gayle MacGorman; grandchildren Jessica (Blair) Wilhelm, Katelyn (Josh) Reid and Richard (Sydney) MacGorman; one great-grandchild Avery; sisters Marilyn (Ben) Verburgh, Sandra (Gary) Fleck, Linda (Ron) Sherwood and Joan (Gerry) Gaudin; nephew Glen and niece Shannon; several nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sisters Sharon Colt and Judith Smith.

Following cremation, visitation will be held at Fundy Funeral Home, 230Westmorland on Wednesday June 19, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday June 20, 2019 at 1 p.m. Interment will take place in St. Luke’s Cemetery, Gondola Point. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Bobby’s Hospice.
