Barbara Anne (Moore) Daigle

With heavy hearts, the family of Barb Daigle announces her passing, which occurred on Thursday, November 9th, 2017, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Barb was born in Saint John on June 2, 1946; daughter of Frances and the late Carl Moore. Prior to her retirement, Barb worked for RBC, Irving Oil, and Exxon. She loved watching Nascar, playing washer toss, darts, cards, and dancing, however her favourite pastime was spending time with her family, friends, and especially her favourite granddaughter. Along with her mother, Barb is survived by her daughters Leanne and Rita Daigle, sister Patricia Bagley, brother Joe (Joanne) Moore, granddaughter Meghan Daigle Cruise, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday, November 14th at 12:00 p.m, from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
