Amy Jean (Lindsay) Bonds

Surrounded by her loving family and friends at Saint John Regional Hospital, Amy Jean Lindsay Bonds, wife of Derek Bonds, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2017.   Born November 29, 1976 in Saint John she was the daughter of Thomas and the late Beverly (O’Blenis) Lindsay.

Amy was devoted to her family and loved the time she spent with children.

Besides her husband Derek, Amy is survived by her father Tom (Kathy Day), son Nicholas Lindsay, her brother Jason (Patty), her sister Becky, her mother-in-law Mary Johnston, her brothers-in-law Avory (Kristin) of British Columbia, Aaron Bonds (Man Yee) of Alberta, her sister-in-law Amber Bonds of Alberta, her special niece and nephew Brittney and Alex, and nieces and nephews Kasen, Jasmine, Braxton, Ruben, Jonah Bonds and Omar Torres.  She will always be remembered by her girls Jenny, Mandy, Terrie-Lynn, Nettie, Jen and special family Shonna and Crystal. As well as her god daughter Ava.

The family welcomes relatives and friends to join them at Fundy Funeral Home on Friday and Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.  A celebration of Amy’s Life will be held at Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 2:00pm.  Interment at Ocean View Memorial Gardens will follow at a later date.  Remembrances made to the John T. McMillan Jr Memorial Foundation would be appreciated as well as to metavivor.org.
