It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine Mary Boudreau at Bobby’s Hospice Saint John, NB on June 30, 2022 after her battle with cancer.

Born in Moncton on June 1, 1947, to parents Eugene Boudreau and Cecilia (Fleming), she is survived by her brother, Bob (Judy) Boudreau, nephews Mike (Pam) Boudreau, Robin (Paula) Boudreau, great nephews Ryan (Jie), Andersen, great niece Paige and great-great nephew Lucas.

Catherine retired from the Federal Government after 25 years of service, spent mostly with Health Canada. Prior to that she held positions across Canada including Sudbury, Moncton, Ottawa, Vancouver, and Halifax.

Special thanks to Margaret Potts, Colleen Lang, her nephew Mike Boudreau for keeping it all together, for Pat Lenihan for the years of travel and life-long friendship and to the amazing care Cathy received from the staff at the SJRH palliative care and Bobby’s Hospice.

At her request, there will be no service. Donations can be made to Bobby’s Hospice or CARMA cat rescue in her honour.
