It is with heavy hearts the family of Thelma Madge Trites announces her passing of Thursday December 28, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1935 in Hatfield Point, NB, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Etta (Bail) Ricketson. She is survived by her sons Raymond (Jennifer) of Toronto and Paul of Grand Bay-Westfield; daughter Ruth (David) Stevens of Bayswater, grandchildren, Tara, Patricia, Murray, Mitzi, Jason and Jackie; great-grandchildren Kowen, Kameron and Greg; brother Ralph (Marilyn) Ricketson of Norton and sisters Bertha (Allison) Waters and Grace McLaughlin both of Belleisle; special friend Alberta Haslett; several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Harold; half-brother Joseph; sisters Hazel Green and Marilyn Dempster; brother-in-law Arnold Dempster.

Resting at the Former St. Joachim's Parish (603 Loch Lomond Road) on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 10 AM-12PM. Celebration of Thelma's life will begin at 12PM from the church.
