Terrance "Terry" Christopher Connolly

Terrance Christopher Connolly passed away peacefully at Rocmaura Nursing Home on April 11, 2017.  Terry was the son of the late Ray and Kay (Hurley) Connolly. Terry is survived by his sisters Pat Jones of Cambridge Narrows, Sue Carroll (Mike) from Kentville, NS and Kelly Campbell (John) of Saint John and one brother Dan Connolly (Anne) of Saint John.  In addition to his parents, Terry was predeceased by:  his sisters Jane Connolly, Anne Lemoine and brother Ray Connolly.

Terry lived a very full and active life.  In his early life Terry travelled to many parts of Canada, was talented at woodworking, loved to hunt, fish and enjoyed long walks in the woods.  Terry spent a lot of time in the SJRH in his 50’s where he was affectionately named “The Miracle Man”.  In his later years he enjoyed bingo, playing cards, puzzles and spending time with family and friends. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff and residents of Rocmaura who were truly extended family and were responsible for making Terry’s years at Rocmaura the best years of his life.

Although there will be no visitation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Rose of Lima Church, 541 Milford Road on Monday, April 17th at 12:00 noon.

In Terry’s memory, donations to the Rocmaura Foundation or the Heart and Stroke NB would be appreciated.
