Yes Stu, you do live on in the minds of those who knew you. Never forgotten.
I first met Stu in 1981 through mining. We visited Stu and Vivian with our young children when they moved to the log cabin. I left NB in '88, but showed Stu's handbook for Mine Rescue with his humorous illustrations to many over the years. One of my favourite people that I've met in my 45 years of mining. RIP old friend.

The mining family has lost one of our best; Stu Cowen a mentor to all, a Mine Rescue legend, an amazing artist and a gentleman. I am honoured to have known him, and will cherish the memories. Here's to Stu Cowen.
