Sedgewick "Jim" Maxwell Marks, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at Ridgewood Veterans Wing. Born in Salmon River, NB on October 9, 1924 he was the son of the late Robert James Marks and Caroline Sarah Seeley. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife  Muriel (King) Marks, daughters Donley McIntosh and Debra Marks, brothers John, Harold, Harry, Gordon, Roy, Austin, Eldon and Charles; sisters Ethel Mannet and Stella Wilson.

Jim was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He played guitar and enjoyed playing his old favorites. He loved to read, play 45’s, travel, shopping and red wine.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visitations or funeral service. Following cremation an interment will take place in Mosher Hill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Ridgewood Veterans Wing or to the charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, (646-2424).
