I will never forget Barry. As a friend of his son, Rob, when I started university at UNBSJ, Barry let me stay at his place for practically nothing. Rob.... I want you to know, I will never forget that and Barry's charitable nature.

Barry's family. My sincere condolences to you on the loss of Barry. I met him through a friend at All Saint's Bible Studies and realized that my mother was also a Mawhinney from Maces Bay6. We had many good conversations. I also had a nice chat with him during the early summer. He was a good and faithful servant and served his church well. I will miss him,

Arnold and family: We will miss my fellow layreader and our friend, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. This was a shock to hear of his passing, and we would certainly be there but we are currently in Florida.

Sympathy on the passing of Barry who is now joyfully in the Lord's house. I met Barry at Layreaders' meetings where we shared some chats. My grandmother was Laurena James, nee' Mawhinney.
