Patricia Evelyn Frise

Patricia Frise passed away in her sleep Sunday June 28 at Embassy Hall in Quispamsis. She was 101 years old, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She married Howard Frise and moved to Orillia, Ont., where they adopted a 6 month old girl and a 2 year old boy. Finally settling in Rothesay in 1969, she enjoyed remodeling homes, both interior and exterior. She enjoyed many activities including gardening, painting, golfing, sewing, camping, the symphony, trips to Europe and cruises. She had 5 pet dogs, and she belonged to Saint David's United Church in Rothesay where she played bridge with her friends. She was a Major League Baseball fan. She is survived by her daughter, DeBorah Barnes of Grand Bay, her son Stephen Frise of Blaine Lake Saskatchewan, grandson Andrew Barnes, as well as several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). By request there will be no visitation or funeral service. The family would appreciate donations made to the charity of one’s choice.
