Mark Andrew Forrester

It is with broken hearts the family of Mark Andrew Forrester of Sturgeon Co., AB, loving husband of Maggie (Cohoon) Forrester, announce his passing in Edmonton, AB on Friday, March 30, 2018, surrounded by family and friends.  Mark was born in Saint John, NB on September 14, 1976 to the late Richard Forrester and Patricia (Baker) Beyea.

Mark was employed as an Iron Worker for many years, working in supervising and managerial roles for the last few years.  He was hard working and had a great sense of humour.  He loved camping, snowboarding, soccer and most anything outdoors.  Above all, he was a family man; he married his wife Maggie in 2011, and together they raised two beautiful children, Ruth and Samuel.

In addition to his wife and children, Mark is survived by his step-mother, Brenda Forrester, step-father, John Beyea; sister, Joanne (Denys) McDonald, brother, Michael Forrester, step-sister, Jennifer (Scott) O’Leary, step-brother, Darren (Linda) Beyea; nieces, Kayleigh, Chloe and Emma; nephews, Bradley, Jacob, William and Ryan; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424) with visitation on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8pm.  A memorial service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2pm.  The memorial service will be livestreamed and the link will be accessible the day of the service at www.fundyfuneralhome.com where condolences may also be placed.  In lieu of flowers, remembrances in memory of Mark may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
