Margaret E. Randon

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Margaret Elizabeth (Jenner) Randon which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018.  Born 1936, in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Elizabeth (Lavigne) Jenner.  Margaret was a Secretary to the Director of Nursing at St. Joseph’s Hospital for many years.  She enjoyed travelling to Florida with her husband John, reading, and playing at the Casino’s.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson Ryan, who was her pride and joy.

Margaret is survived by her loving and devoted husband John of 59 years; son John Jr. of Saint John; daughter Lori Berry (Kevin) of Florida; grandson Ryan Berry at Florida State University; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.  Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her brothers Robert Jenner, John Jenner and Frank Lavigne.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Sunday, April 15th from 4 to 8 p.m.  A Memorial Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Monday, April 16th at 10 a.m.  Interment will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Margaret may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
