Kayla Anne Marie (Savoie) Tuttle

It is with immense sadness that the family of Kayla Anne Marie (Savoie) Tuttle announce her sudden passing in Edmonton, AB on February 1, 2016.  Kayla was born in Bathurst, NB in July of 1989 and was the loving wife of Mike Tuttle and daughter of Suzanne (Joe) Dawes. 

Kayla could best be described as an individual.  She followed her own sense of beliefs and had a different sense of humor, but was very funny.  You always knew where you stood with her, and she was not afraid to speak her mind to family and friends.  Kayla was a loving person; beautiful inside and out.  She will always be remembered for her beautiful eyes and the way she made sure her appearance was just how she wanted it to be at all times.  Kayla loved children.  When she lived in Saint John she worked in a day care centre so after moving to Edmonton, she decided to continue that and watched children from her home.  She was inspired by nature and believed strongly in the healing powers of crystals; was a collector of the varied types.  She was also a strong advocate for mental illness.  Kayla was many things to many people, but first and foremost, above all, she was a loving and doting mother to her 5 year old daughter Nevaeh.

In addition to her husband and daughter, she is survived by her parents and grandparents, step brothers; Jesse and Jake, both of Saint John, step sisters; Demi and Darian, both of Ontario, aunts; Joanne (Sylvain), Stephanie (Sylvain), Melissa and Kim (Daniel), uncle Rob, cousins; Natasha, Joanie, Guillaume and Jenna, and several friends.    

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424).  A Celebration of Kayla’s life will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, February 13, at 1pm.
