Kathryn Jean McAllister

With heavy hearts, the family of Kathryn McAllister announces her passing, which occurred on May 3rd, 2017, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Kathryn was born in Saint John on December 17th, 1926; a daughter of the late Charles and Lila (Wilson) Belyea, and the loving wife of Arnold McAllister. Kathryn was very active in the Anglican Church; she was a member of the A.C.W, the International Order of the King’s Daughters and Sons, as well as the Order of the Eastern Star. Along with her husband Arnold, Kathryn is survived by her daughter Margaret Ann “Peggy” Feix (Steven) of Florida, sister Phyllis Parkhill (the late John) of Sussex, and two grandchildren. Cremation has taken place, and at Kathryn’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. For those who wish, remembrances to the Kidney Foundation, or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
