Judiline Elizabeth (Gill) Goldsmith

Judiline Elizabeth Goldsmith, of Glenwood, NB, loving wife of Captain Ret’d John Goldsmith passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on Friday, March 3, 2017. Born in Saint John on March 11, 1949 she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Eleanor (O’Connor) Gill. Judiline wrote music from the age of 9, she enjoyed playing the guitar and knitting. She went to university at the age of 49 and received a degree in Human Services at the top of her class.

In addition to her loving husband of 16 years, John, she is survived by her son Gordon Robar (Heather); daughters Angela Robar (Keith Thibodeau) and Pamela Thibault (Victor); step daughter Anne Marie Higgs (Kevin) of England; grandchildren Andrea Matheson, Danika Bell, Darren Bell, Tisha Robar, Ashlenne Robar; step grandchildren Edward Higgs, Ryan Higgs and Amy Higgs of England; great grandchildren Daenon Bell, Savanna Bell, Julia Bell and Cadynce McLellan; brother Rick Gill (Vicky); step sister Lillian; canine companion Sheba, feline companion Coco; grand canine companion Daisy; several nieces and nephews.

By request there will be no visitations. A private family service will take place at a later date. Remembrances in memory of Judiline may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
