We are sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Our hearts go out to the family. We have such fond memories of visiting Joe and Frances near Victoria beach road. We would always find him tending to the garden there..As a child, I (Linda) remember him making me laugh by pulling my pigtails during Mass at St. Augustine's church near their summer cottage.

Our thoughts and prayer's are with each and everyone of you. Joe was a wonderful man and a great neighbor. I would always speak to him whenever he was out in the yard doing his yard work or putting around doing repairs to the house. A very kind and gentle man who always welcomed myself and my daughter whenever we would drop in and see him on different occasions especially on Halloween and Christmas. He always got a kick out of Alana's costumes. God Bless you Joe, you will be missed by all in the neighborhood, the neighborhood won't be the same.
