Holly Francis Hayes

Holly Francis Hayes, loving husband of Mary E. (Kelly) Hayes, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born on October 29, 1939 he was the son of the late Thomas and Florence (Arsenault) Hayes. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his sister Hilda, brothers Howard and Harvey.

Holly worked as an arena ice maker for the Town of St. Stephen for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and playing cribbage. He will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his loving wife of 34 years, Mary he is survived by his daughters Rose Mary Clarke (Warren) and Elaine Hiscock (Eddie); cherished grandchildren Justin, Sarah (Kenny), Shaylen, Caley and Jacob, great grandchildren Justine, Zakhi, Jasiah and Ciana; brother Harold Hayes (Jean); sister in law Marg Hayes, several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Holly’s wishes, there will be no visitations or funeral service. For those who wish remembrances may be made to Bobby’s Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
