Geoffrey Donald Clark

It is with heavy hearts the family of Geoffrey Donald Clark of Rothesay announce his passing which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on April 11, 2018. Born December 11, 1965, he was the son of Doreen (Conway) Walls of Saint John and the late Rick Walls.

Geoffrey was a good hearted and kind man who enjoyed NASCAR, dirt bikes and snowmobiling. Prior to his illness he was a ferry operator for the Gondola Point Ferry for many years and later worked for Ritchie’s Carpet Warehouse. Geoff enjoyed time with family and friends; especially time in Florida at the Daytona Race Track. Along with his mother Doreen, Geoff is survived by his loving wife Kimberly (Newman) Clark; his youngest daughter Katie Clark (13); daughter Jessica Dawn Clark and son Corey Thomas Clark both of Calgary, AB; brothers Michael Clark of Kingston, NB and Kevin Clark of Calgary, AB; mother-in-law Lorna Alice Newman of Saint John; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews; faithful canine companion basset hound “Lily” and many, many friends. Geoff was predeceased by his step-father Rick Walls; father Charles Clark; father-in-law Everett Herman Newman and brother-in-law Tony Newman.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visitation will be held on Sunday April 15th from 6-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday April 16th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.; followed by a reception.
