He was such a happy go lucky type of fella, always had a story, a laugh or just a thumbs up, to share with all who passed through the Halls at Bobbys. I am so happy that I stopped that day to see if he needed anything & to meet this wonderful man. Although my mother in-law passed away shortly after Eltons arrival, I made it a point to go visit him a couple of more times.
