Edmund Paul Ferris

The death of Edmund Paul Ferris passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday March 15, 2011. Born 1935 in Saint John, NB he was the son of the late Edmund Palmer and Mona (Titus) Ferris. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Wayne Douglas Ferris and nephew Ronald Ferris.  Edmund worked for W. J. Crawford as a plumber for 35 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of the Adanac Club and the Carleton York Club.
He is survived by his sister Barbara Ferris of Saint John; sister-in-law Leora Ferris of Edmonton, AB; nephew Dale Ferris of Edmonton, AB; several cousins and aunts.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitations on Sunday March 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday March 21, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Donations in memory of Edmund may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
