Dorinne Bell

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Marie Theresa “Dorinne” (Goguen-Hudson) Bell which occurred at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017.  Born 1936, in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Maxieme and Amanda (Martin) Goguen.  Dorinne worked as a Hairdresser for many years and owned several parlours.  She was a life skilled coach who enjoyed taking bus trips and playing bingo.

Dorinne is survived by her loving and devoted husband Willis “Bill” Bell of 44 years; sons Rock Hudson (Sharon) of Grand Bay-Westfield, Blake Hudson (Keena) of Saint John; daughters Wanda Craig (Leonard) of Saint John, Paula Bosfet (Brad) of Grand Bay-Westfield; grandchildren Barry, Kim, Kelly, Jamie, Curtis, Chelsey, Kyle; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.  Besides her parents, Dorinne was predeceased by 3 brothers, 1 sister and her granddaughter Carrie Hudson.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Friday, March 24th from 3 to 7 p.m.  A Funeral Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, March 25th at 11 a.m.  Interment will be held at Canterbury Cemetery at a later date.  Donations in memory of Dorinne may be made to The Diabetes Association, Bobby’s Hospice, or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
