Dean Aldoria Saulnier

It is with tremendous sadness the family announce the death of Dean Saulnier who passed away at Bobby’s Hospice, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday November 26, 2016. Dean was born May 20th , 1968, the first born son of Linda Saulnier of Grand-Bay Westfield and the late Aldoria Saulnier. Prior to his illness, Dean worked as a superintendent with Pomerleau and for many prior years owned businesses in home building and renovations. Dean was an avid outdoors man always enjoying time at the camp , on the road with his Harley and snowmobiling in winter. A devoted son, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Dean was a thoughtful and dedicated family man, always putting family and friends first in his life. Left to mourn the loss of Dean are his loving mother, Linda Saulnier; his precious son Tyler Saulnier and girlfriend Jennifer Leach both of Saint John; only sister Andrea Bedford her husband Gary who was as close as a brother; only brother Jason Saulnier and his wife Amanda who was as close as a sister, all of Grand Bay-Westfield; as a devoted uncle he was known as Uncle Dino to Brayden, Marcus and Jase. He will also be deeply missed by his loving partner and amazing caregiver Tammy Breau, his beloved canine companion Harley who he adored; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and former spouse Lisa Burnett and her daughters Katie Bourque and Kristen Costello.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Wednesday November 30th from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00  p.m. Memorial service will held from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday December 1st, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception. Donations in Dean’s memory can be made to Autism Canada, austismcanada.org, Bobby’s Hospice or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
