David G. PittOctober 17, 2016
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of David Gordon Pitt which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, October 17th, 2016. Born 1951, in Saint John, he was the son of the late Gordon and Marion (Henderson) Pitt. David worked for NBTel for 25 years before retiring in 2000. David loved woodworking and he had a passion for building things for people and making them smile. He loved watching movies and was very good at baking peanut butter balls. Everyone knew David as “Mr. Christmas”. His decorating skills far exceeded anyone else’s. David remained positive throughout his illness, always cracking jokes and making people laugh. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody.
