Dear Daryl Sr. & Jr., Kevin, and Families,

Please accept our heartfelt condolences for the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother. With her passing, we all lost a truly kind-hearted soul who always filled a room with her warm smile.
Many who grew-up in K-Park knew her as the “candy lady” but this minor gesture only touched on her true nature. Carol will forever be remembered as being a very generous and giving person. She had a great sense of humor and there was always a twinkle in her eye if she thought you were up to no good.

Carol was undeniably a person of strong faith and I am sure she is looking down on us from heaven.

You are all in our thoughts,

Donald, Peggy, Hannah, Carli, Ava & Celene

Dear Daryl & Family,
Greg & I wish to express our deepest condolences on the sudden loss of this wonderful woman. We spent hours with her on Mildred Berg's porch-- laughing, chatting and enjoying delicious treats --usually clad in our night clothes! We looked forward to the Coburn Sisters visits as much as Mildred did! We still chuckle whenever we open any car trunk that is tightly packed--I have the photo to prove that Carol actually would climb into the trunk to get everything packed in to every imaginable space! Cherish your memories of this very special lady--as we will. Our love and prayers are with each of you.

Dear Daryl and family,
Just heard the sad news today that Carol had passed away. We have such fond memories of our days in K Park. As neighbours, we enjoyed many a good cup of tea-great parties/ and and a close and lasting friendship with you both. Carol was a kind thoughtful person, (she even created jobs for our young son, Brian so he could have a little pocket money.) Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. This wonderful lady will be missed by many. Love, Mel, Fran and family
