Bernard M.P. Dallon

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Bernard Matthew Parker Dallon which occurred unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016.  Born 1970, in Saint John, he is the son of Bernard “Jimmy” and Sabra (Parker) Dallon.  Bernie worked as a Foreman at the Saint John Airport for many years. He enjoyed hunting, camping, country music, and especially enjoyed his Sunday night drives listening to the Country Jamboree.  Bernie loved Christmas, but most of all, he cherished every moment spent with his family.  His children were his pride and joy. 

Along with his parents, Bernie is survived by his loving and devoted wife Juanita (MacKenzie) of 19 years; sons Kyle and Jordan of Willow Grove; daughter Hannah (Aaron) and baby on the way of Willow Grove; brothers Kenny (Crystal) of Willow Grove; Stephen (Jo-Ellen) of Edmonton, AB, Luke (Bev) of St. Martins, Patrick (Angela) of Saint John, Grattan (Cali) of Saint John; sisters Sabra (Steven) of Saint John, Ellen (Curtis) of Willow Grove, Charlotte of Saint John, Tanya (Harry) of Willow Grove; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.  Bernie was predeceased by his brother Raymond.

A special thank you to all of the girls at the Saint John Regional Hospital Dialysis Unit.

Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Friday, December 9th, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.  A Memorial Service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, December 10th at 11 a.m.  Interment will take place at a later date.  Donations in Bernie’s memory may be made to The Living Memorial Fund or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
